The Next-Generation System for Large-Volume Liposuction 5,000 cc in 60–90 Minutes.
Not a Device — a System.

Redefining Surgical Efficiency and Surgeon Well-being through SSE Engineering. Pressure-Curtain · Dual-PAL · Equalization

Patent Pending — Developed at Laprin Clinic

The Reality We All Recognize

Every additional minute increases fatigue and bleeding risk—what fails is not the surgeon, but the system behind the procedure.

E-Lipo™ approaches liposuction as an engineering problem—controlling pressure, flow, and workflow to achieve reproducible, efficient outcomes across varying clinical environments.

The E-Lipo™ SSE System

A Physics-Driven, Device-Agnostic Workflow

Built from real OR experience—not theory—SSE stabilizes the field, reduces exertion, and structures each stage for a predictable finish.

Visualization of the Pressure-Curtain concept for controlled tumescent infiltration

Pressure-Curtain™

A tumescent delivery approach designed to temporarily compress microcapillaries, enhancing clarity of the working field during separation.

Dual-PAL sequencing for ergonomic and efficient liposuction

Dual-PAL™

A structured method combining precision-focused PAL with high-power NIL sequences, reducing operator fatigue while maximizing efficiency.

Equalization concept: final smoothing pass for contour refinement

Equalization™

A low-pressure finishing pass aimed at contour consistency and reducing revision-related variables, case-dependent.

Performance Targets

Engineering Efficiency, Fatigue Reduction & Consistent Finish

OR Time Efficiency

Training goal: approach ~5,000 cc within 60–90 minutes. Actual outcomes vary by patient characteristics, team workflow, and clinical setting.

Fatigue Management

Dual-PAL sequencing is structured to decrease exertion load. Early pilot cohorts reported downward trends, but results remain operator-dependent.

Predictable Finish Quality

Equalization is designed to standardize the final pass, supporting smoother contouring. Results are case-dependent and not guaranteed.

Evidence basis: internal case series & pilot cohorts; academic publications are in progress.

Lead Instructor

Dr. BC Park

Founder of the E-Lipo™ System (SSE Engineering)

“E-Lipo™ was not created in a lab—it was developed inside the operating room, refined case by case until each variable could be measured, controlled, and taught.”

Dr. Park is known for his long-standing work in body contouring and liposuction technique development. With extensive experience in high-volume cases, he built the SSE workflow to address core challenges faced by surgeons—efficiency, exertion load, and contour predictability. The program focuses on reproducibility and safety-oriented engineering principles.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is this device training?
No. The E-Lipo™ SSE system is a device-agnostic engineering workflow. It focuses on pressure control, mechanical sequencing, and reproducible technique—not on teaching a specific device brand.
What outcomes can I expect from the training?
We set defined training targets such as improved efficiency, fatigue reduction strategies, and contour consistency. Actual surgical outcomes vary by patient factors, surgeon experience, and clinical workflow.
Do participants receive a certificate?
Yes. Surgeons who complete the 3-day program and required checklist receive the E-Lipo™ Academy SSE Level 1 Certificate of Completion.
Who should apply for this training?
This program is intended for licensed surgeons performing or planning to perform large-volume cases, revision cases, or those seeking reproducible, physics-based workflow optimization.
Where is the liposuction training held?
All hands-on training is conducted in Seoul, South Korea. International surgeons are welcome to participate.
Is this training recognized outside Korea?
This is a private professional training program. Participants receive an E-Lipo™ Academy Certificate, but must follow the medical regulations of their own countries.
